How the cost is calculated

The shipping cost is not a flat rate. It is calculated for your actual cart, because a mug and a shirt are produced at different stations and travel as two parcels. You pay what the shipment costs plus a small handling fee.

You see the exact amount in the cart before you order, never afterwards.

Where it is made

Production and shipping run through our print partner inside the European Union. There is no warehouse and no overproduction.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel is handed over, the tracking number appears in your account under orders and in the shipping confirmation.
