Right of withdrawal

Contracts in this shop are concluded in German. The binding withdrawal policy is therefore the German one.

In short

You may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you or a carrier named by you takes possession of the goods.

Please note that items printed to order and made to your specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. Products in this shop are printed after you order, but from a fixed design that is not personalised, so the right of withdrawal does apply here.
